COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051SMV5M12G3R2F12A1AK5M5T5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanko-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safeline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanko-Denki such as the 68ZBM035HXS76 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3800036 manufactured by Safeline and we are pleased to be able to service most Safeline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QN42510 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has S2s-Electronics Brand SAF303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotomation such as A32180tch753a3c42rl1 equipment made by Rotomation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotomation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotomation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4610008 made by Safeline as well as the popular HF52W original spares produced by Rotronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 67063 by Rsf-Elektronik-Msa and A32180tch753a3c42rl1 spares by Rotomation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S102001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
