COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051SFQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 36369406 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37000146A manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45C314 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powertec Brand 4000141108009 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powerex such as 323A3376P44 equipment made by Powerex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powerex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powerex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4WS2EM10415B2ET315Z8BM made by Rexroth as well as the popular 46987601F original spares produced by Compumotor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 445370040 by Sti and 323A3376P44 spares by Powerex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5020399410R3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis. |
