COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051SAL2CA2AA1A1020DE71DA60I5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia-Burgess parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Safeasy product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the 45BM004HBC90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 197124029 manufactured by Saia-Burgess and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia-Burgess systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35090PPW by Manufacturer Safeasy as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rsf-Elektronik Brand MSA227 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saia-burgess such as PCD2M120 equipment made by Saia-burgess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saia-burgess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saia-burgess" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RS2A03A0AA0 made by Sanyo as well as the popular S7B281MDO original spares produced by Safescan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 011056285 by Rsf-Elektronik and PCD2M120 spares by Saia-burgess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 63052510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sames. |
