COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051-L3AB0GA21AAE5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 51400700100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAA0001JC manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 506071084R021GD33 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance-Electric Brand 30P4171B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as 320C03 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4143 made by Siemens as well as the popular 3HNA00614400103 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A963225G02 by Ge and 320C03 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 459666005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
