COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051CG4A02B1AH2S6B3L4Q4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rotac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051S1CD2A2E12A2AB4D1L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD10Y9ST34020D2 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP76 by Manufacturer Rotac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samwontech Brand TEMI70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as P50B08100VC7F equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS40E2 made by Sawamura as well as the popular 63052500 original spares produced by Sames Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R850012WLO by Sanyo-Denki and P50B08100VC7F spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 644HAK5J6M5F6XA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
