COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051-CG3A22A1AB4M5S1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ross product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the L72322N9511 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051CG5F03A2BK8H3LAP2 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W676B447Z by Manufacturer Ross as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand GP10E1ST34003F1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sahm-Helman such as BDT equipment made by Sahm-Helman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sahm-Helman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sahm-Helman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 510DU137036A005 made by Rosemount as well as the popular ASMS40301 original spares produced by Rvsi-Acuity Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5081PFF by Rosemount and BDT spares by Sahm-Helman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 64BM180KXS79EUWITH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki. |
