COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 2090FG2S2DE1E5Q4Q8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotary parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 510DU137005A005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0318 manufactured by Rotary and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotary systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 510DU143021A005 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand PMMBD4511 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as PY2C030U0XXXC02 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30510D1A02A1AS5E5 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 755R original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3765040103 by Samson-Baumann and PY2C030U0XXXC02 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DY475 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Safetronics. |
