COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 2051TGA2B21AS5E5MT1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanmei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rpm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 2088G1S22A1E5T1P0054 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STCM1 manufactured by Sanmei and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanmei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 921218 by Manufacturer Rpm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rotronic Brand 0210HC2AS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sam-Electronics such as Uais equipment made by Sam-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sam-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sam-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 499ADO54 made by Rosemount as well as the popular PCD4M11 original spares produced by Saia Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 777D4331Z by Ross and Uais spares by Sam-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GNM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sames. |
