COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 1151GP9M22T0960D3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sahara parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Spectrum product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the S14T4C635 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 178296PR manufactured by Sahara and we are pleased to be able to service most Sahara systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCSLD4R by Manufacturer Spectrum as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Solartron Brand EL46029P2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as A1083701 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLV4500010 made by Sick as well as the popular WL12L2B530A01 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E by Sick and A1083701 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 357920 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk. |
