COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 1151GP5S22B715L4D6S1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanitube parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the 20BM060MXP42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TCBVS manufactured by Sanitube and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanitube systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20BA050FFW41 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand CIMRP5U2015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Salvagnini-Sitek such as PSU100 equipment made by Salvagnini-Sitek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Salvagnini-Sitek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Salvagnini-Sitek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5R10190G02 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 38971934 original spares produced by Rsf-Elektronik Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WHQ08 by Rotometrics and PSU100 spares by Salvagnini-Sitek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CA2A22A1AB4S0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
