COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 1151DP4S22S2B1M1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rsf-Elektronik product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 444RL2U1A1NA manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110736E12 by Manufacturer Rsf-Elektronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051CD1A02A1AH2A1266 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotac such as MPJ632VOIL equipment made by Rotac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPJ631VOIL made by Rotak as well as the popular 5301FA1S7K4AM00141AAI5 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 732EST1A1NOM4D1 by Rosemount and MPJ632VOIL spares by Rotac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 510DU245171A005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
