COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 1151DP4S22B1M1S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1FT60868AF713AB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 261705 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0022DPSA21AP by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ade Brand 02153401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dover such as 105158959T86820000010245078 equipment made by Dover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dover" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 05E297X131G1 made by Baldor as well as the popular 1FT51020AF711Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 84204008 by Baldor and 105158959T86820000010245078 spares by Dover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 028833004009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Craft. |
