COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 10P5477-0001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out S.-Himmelstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the GP10E1ST34005B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6282 manufactured by S.-Himmelstein and we are pleased to be able to service most S.-Himmelstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D10347ABA by Manufacturer Sa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand SY6H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sames such as 910003408220 equipment made by Sames have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sames products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sames" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRVGU437 made by Saftronics as well as the popular 776C6331Z original spares produced by Ross Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3044CR9 by Rosemount and 910003408220 spares by Sames are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PY2C030U0XXXC02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
