COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 00079-0325-0002, 00079-0335-0002 Rev A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Serta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Setra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Serta such as the 2641003WD11A1E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C40E0701CA010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2641R25WD11A1F by Manufacturer Setra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand AGSS6001111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schott such as L7237BNC equipment made by Schott have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schott products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schott" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SST120 made by Seeka as well as the popular SensotecAG200B060982301 original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGSE12001211 by Sick and L7237BNC spares by Schott are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STC400L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sentech. |
