COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rontech MFc-220LAVuSmcBaSvSt parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the AD10Y9ST3407D2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG3S45P5 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0444TJ2U1A2NA by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051TG2A2B21AS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rovema such as 7411000040652 equipment made by Rovema have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rovema products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rovema" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S7B481MD0 made by Safescan as well as the popular A42182TCS113SCT1 original spares produced by Rotomation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4600G22E09A5AK5 by Rosemount and 7411000040652 spares by Rovema are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V812S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rs-Automation. |
