COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rollon CSW63-180-2ZR-K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemont product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 1151LT4SA0F22DM4L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051TG3A2A21AB4 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151GP5S22B1M4 by Manufacturer Rosemont as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rpm Brand DT90L4BHR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 3095MA2DAAA11JB010BB equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3051CD1A02A1AS5E5 made by Rosemount as well as the popular DBN28290 original spares produced by Rollon-Telescoping Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CD2A02A1AB1E5H2 by Rosemount and 3095MA2DAAA11JB010BB spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASMS40301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rvsi-Acuity. |
