COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rollomatic E521 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Royce product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0444RL3U1A2E5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C1MRG3U21P5 manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2505 by Manufacturer Royce as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand A1E5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saab such as 9233900108 equipment made by Saab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8800CW030SA1N1F1 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 1151DP4S12S2 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RP1932 by Rts and 9233900108 spares by Saab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IND1101G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saf. |
