COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 20BD8P0A0AYNANB0 /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK70402AK711AH0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDS60A00405A340008265011 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand BA050FXWT509BC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as 65AA030VXR03 equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV61HU22N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular MCF41A0015503450 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27BA100FFT30 by Sankyo and 65AA030VXR03 spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212FG4YB07D07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
