COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 20BD3P4A0AYNANC0 /B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68BA030VXT22 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FK70857AF711FH0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES54827LA116ES54827LA11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV212WU55N4 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDX61B00555A340T made by Sew as well as the popular DD312702 original spares produced by Saf-Drive-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27BA015FXT31 by Sankyo and ATV212WU55N4 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
