COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFD212NG2WD07 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MKS51A01050300 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand MDS60A01105A340T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as PZ0A100HF86S0N equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20F14ND125AN0NNNNNA made by Rockwell as well as the popular 1FK60846AZ219ZZ9Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSD01BB1P by Samsung and PZ0A100HF86S0N spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SL31000BE312AB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
