COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 2098-DSD-030X-DN /B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotork-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1FK70423BK711CH1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IQFMIQS manufactured by Rotork-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotork-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDS60A00755A3400 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV61H075M3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as PZ9A300UXXXC01 equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDX61B00152A340T made by Sew as well as the popular 1FT50740AC712Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SE70234TC511AA1 by Siemens and PZ9A300UXXXC01 spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCH42A00405A340T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
