COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 2090-UXLF-HV330 Series A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sieb--Meyer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV31H037M2037KW22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 263616 manufactured by Sieb--Meyer and we are pleased to be able to service most Sieb--Meyer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV212HU22M3X by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand PY1A100N0XXXC00MC1KU100V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saftronics such as KDC61264 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 160BA10NPS1P1C made by Rockwell as well as the popular 2094AM03SC original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1394CSJT10TRLC by Rockwell and KDC61264 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M441E00000A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seco. |
