COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 1398-PDM-030 /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sdcs-fis-3a product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the MDV60A0750503400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68AA050TXR21 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDCSFIS3A by Manufacturer Sdcs-fis-3a as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand MPR51A01550300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scanivalve such as SSD24CMK4 equipment made by Scanivalve have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scanivalve products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scanivalve" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20AD022A3AYNANC0A made by Rockwell as well as the popular ATV212WU75N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70405AK711EG5 by Siemens and SSD24CMK4 spares by Scanivalve are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV212H075N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
