COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 1394-SJT10-A /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotork parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 1151DP3E12B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCIO260SR070HT3 manufactured by Rotork and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotork systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDS60A00225A3404 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FT60444AF714EB2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as 60BA03FXS01 equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRG3S4015 made by Saftronics as well as the popular 6SL30000DE236AA0VERSIONC original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFD212MG2YB07D07 by Schneider and 60BA03FXS01 spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seco. |
