COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell 1394-SJT10-A /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the MCF40A01105A3400MCF40A00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHDA1056N00 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20F11NC037AA0NNNNNA by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FT60841AH714EH1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Seib-Meyer such as 264415 equipment made by Seib-Meyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seib-Meyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seib-Meyer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRH15G2E10 made by Saftronics as well as the popular 2098IPD020A original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FN50404885 by Schaffner and 264415 spares by Seib-Meyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212CG4YD07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
