COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robotron 503-1-0327-03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rsf-Elektronik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rwt-Gmbh product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rsf-Elektronik such as the 011056285 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2140AHA1ES1NNNA00001NA manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6050 by Manufacturer Rwt-Gmbh as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rotomation Brand Type in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ropex such as RES440V230V equipment made by Ropex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ropex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ropex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2090XXLFX330B made by Rockwell as well as the popular D0318 original spares produced by Rotary Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 848TFNAS001B6JP3 by Rosemount and RES440V230V spares by Ropex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 189722 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rodney. |
