COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RR-76M-90-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell such as the 20AD027A0AYNANC0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1762IQ8 manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDX61B0040503450MDX61B00 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sbc Brand HPD2S1N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as SN0701030436D equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TDC6443 made by Roman-Manufacturing as well as the popular ATV312HU15N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV28HU72N4U by Schneider and SN0701030436D spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 65AA030FXR00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
