COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RR-76M-180-S-T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the IMSuperSZ0A300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK70337AK711HG2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051CD3A02A1AM5B1K5H2042051 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV61HD18N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as XBTE015010XBTE015010 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BD040A0AYNANC0A made by Rockwell as well as the popular 160BA10NPS1P1C original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 46035 by Sew and XBTE015010XBTE015010 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
