COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RR-56M-180-A-V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell such as the 1391BESAA45D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFD212HG2YD07 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV212WD30N4 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SFD212JG2YD07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as 60BB075FXW14 equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BD014A3AYNAND0 made by Rockwell as well as the popular 20BD3P4A0AYNANB0A20BD3P4A0AYNANB0 original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDX60A00405A3400 by Sew and 60BB075FXW14 spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FK70337AK711HG2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
