COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RR-46M-180 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robotron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 4847B61G04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051TG2A2B21A manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5191036801 by Manufacturer Robotron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051S1CD3A2B12A1AM5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Roper-Pumps such as 01SS1PTYDJHLW16261 equipment made by Roper-Pumps have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Roper-Pumps products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Roper-Pumps" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RES440V230V made by Ropex as well as the popular HYGROCLIP original spares produced by Rotronic-Hygroclip Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the cMT3103 by Rohtek and 01SS1PTYDJHLW16261 spares by Roper-Pumps are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3500VPHT02102130 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
