COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RR-16-90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rollon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ross-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rollon such as the DS431330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 644H manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA25NC4000 by Manufacturer Ross-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saab Brand 9233900108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rorze such as RD323M10 equipment made by Rorze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rorze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rorze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 888973 made by Rockford-Ball-Screw as well as the popular cMT372 original spares produced by Rohtek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 01SS1PTYDJHLW16261 by Roper-Pumps and RD323M10 spares by Rorze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CG4A22A1AE5M5Q4DFB4P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
