COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RPW-75M-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ross parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rotec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051CG3A22A1AB4M5S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1174744502 manufactured by Ross and we are pleased to be able to service most Ross systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RN6527 by Manufacturer Rotec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rtbss-111.250-05 Brand RTBSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rp-Automation-Puma such as D2907700 equipment made by Rp-Automation-Puma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rp-Automation-Puma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rp-Automation-Puma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S0003301 made by Roland as well as the popular A65E original spares produced by Roland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S2CD3A22A1AB4L4 by Rosemount and D2907700 spares by Rp-Automation-Puma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E521 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rollomatic. |
