COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RPW752 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rsf-Elektronik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rotork product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rsf-Elektronik such as the Z525 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RN6527 manufactured by Rotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA2520N1045 by Manufacturer Rotork as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1151GP6E22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rumble such as 40083HNC equipment made by Rumble have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rumble products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rumble" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DEK made by Rockwell-House as well as the popular 891301 original spares produced by Rossmanith-Gmbh Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1CD3A2F15A2EE58M by Rosemount and 40083HNC spares by Rumble are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3095MA2DA0013AA00NABS5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
