COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand RCW-300-12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the LXM05AD14N4BSH0703M31A1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20AD027A0AYNANNNA manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20F11ND027AA0NNNNNA by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 22DD024N104A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV212HU15M3X equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDX61B01105A340T made by Sew as well as the popular ATV21HD45N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV61HD45M3X by Schneider and ATV212HU15M3X spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
