COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robohand DLB-25NB-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rorze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rsf-Elektronik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the X95037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R950953 manufactured by Rorze and we are pleased to be able to service most Rorze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 055052823 by Manufacturer Rsf-Elektronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1151LLT4E23A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rofin such as RCULX500 equipment made by Rofin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rofin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rofin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DM2CNA42A21 made by Ross as well as the popular DDI125 original spares produced by Rogers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3301HA1S1V3AE0302RAE1 by Rosemount and RCULX500 spares by Rofin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CD4A02A1AA1242H2M5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
