COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robicon 460R26.02-Rev parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robotic-Accessories parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the DLR10EB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AL2000 manufactured by Robotic-Accessories and we are pleased to be able to service most Robotic-Accessories systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051TG2A2B21A by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand TG3A2A21AB4M5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robo-Cylinder such as RCP2SA51PM3200P1NSRSP equipment made by Robo-Cylinder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robo-Cylinder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robo-Cylinder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPJ632VOIL made by Rotac as well as the popular 2090FG2S2DE1E5Q4Q8 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1CD3A2F12A1JD2E5M5T1 by Rosemount and RCP2SA51PM3200P1NSRSP spares by Robo-Cylinder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 444RL9U1A2E5R0693 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
