COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robicon 460E25.11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the MCLTPA00225A3400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67ZA050AJB3SH1 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27BA015FXT31C by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand MDX61B00155A34OT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 20G11FD011AA0NNNNNPLC equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q700512Q700512 made by Seco as well as the popular SSD24CMK4 original spares produced by Scanivalve Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70605AF711FB5 by Siemens and 20G11FD011AA0NNNNNPLC spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES8001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
