COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robicon 460A68.10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotronic such as the HF53WXMTR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DLT25LB5VS manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 900671E12 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 510DU161076A005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robohand such as DLB20TC18 equipment made by Robohand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robohand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robohand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR020SA1N1D1M5Q4 made by Rosemount as well as the popular RCP2S7IPM16800P1NBE original spares produced by Robo-Cylinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CG1F02A1AS5M5 by Rosemount and DLB20TC18 spares by Robohand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 700156600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockwell. |
