COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robey Controls RCX-OP7/T88 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kitamura product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotech such as the SACM1020010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UA11420mA manufactured by Bw and we are pleased to be able to service most Bw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE98652 by Manufacturer Kitamura as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fisher Brand 3224588S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as CMF010M324NBBAEZZZ equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available V606M10 made by Hach as well as the popular E7RRL101000SE original spares produced by Ac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SIMATICS7TD200 by Siemens and CMF010M324NBBAEZZZ spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT213W20110000LR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech. |
