COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robertshaw 318-AB2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneeberger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneeberger such as the SMEAI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SND8S manufactured by Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 702 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Safety-Controls Brand SS9MS11A1A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sato such as EETR700C equipment made by Sato have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sato products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sato" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 440722901 made by Sensotec as well as the popular AGSE9001211 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDW1AS2P5A6A by Sensotec and EETR700C spares by Sato are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD0A02A1AH2B2M5E5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
