COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rietschle 2237655 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ropo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rorze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ropo such as the 27870014 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5031032601 manufactured by Robotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Robotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC420 by Manufacturer Rorze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Roland Brand UDK60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 1118601 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6522 made by Rittal as well as the popular DBAS35900 original spares produced by Rollon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3311RM1M1B1 by Rosemount and 1118601 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3380240v8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robosoft. |
