COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rieter L6-501-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Scheider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Scheider-Electric such as the LC1D150B7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SDN150 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MP4241121 by Manufacturer Barber as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand XTCEXSBN11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as SC7N100127V equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LEN00B202240A made by Siemens as well as the popular LEN01B006120A original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC1D1156G7 by Scheider-Electric and SC7N100127V spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PKZM11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moeller.
