COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rice Lake RL1250-N5-635kg parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Roland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ritz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensopart product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Roland such as the E54 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSO1042095023617999179 manufactured by Ritz and we are pleased to be able to service most Ritz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57251000 by Manufacturer Sensopart as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 4001136 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ritz such as 18122095022917299695 equipment made by Ritz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ritz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ritz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9422TCN30 made by Schneider as well as the popular OSEA1440354104 original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z62850401 by Sensotec and 18122095022917299695 spares by Ritz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6501625K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensortronics. |
