COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rice Lake 189169 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rieter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rose-Krieger product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 510DU137030A005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1866 manufactured by Rieter and we are pleased to be able to service most Rieter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FYA404TA by Manufacturer Rose-Krieger as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051S2CG4A2E12A1AB4M5K5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robohand such as RR2690LR equipment made by Robohand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robohand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robohand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5R10190G02 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 570BF original spares produced by Robertshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1CD4A3F12A1ABCD2E5L4M5 by Rosemount and RR2690LR spares by Robohand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1CD2A2B12F1AB4K5M5QPQ8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
