COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rez K & Hlach Ag HLACH AG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sansei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Setra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sansei such as the HD52HD52C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSDIE75S manufactured by Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 256130CPG2M1 by Manufacturer Setra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand SERIES183 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Setra such as 3100R0005G04E equipment made by Setra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Setra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Setra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SST108 made by Seeka as well as the popular 060687901 original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 623371 by Rosemount and 3100R0005G04E spares by Setra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SZA52S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schleicher. |
