COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rez K & Hlach Ag DB1000DS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sensopart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensopart such as the 52551144 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NoFPG1DM2P5B6AModelFP manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RP100K by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rice-Lake Brand 17485 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 3051S2CG4A2E11A1A equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SC380A400FP made by Schneider as well as the popular 1151HP4S22B1 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSW731085020907099190 by Ritz and 3051S2CG4A2E11A1A spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FT20RLHPSM4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensopart. |
