COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth ZKLN257.2RS.2AP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robohand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051TG2A2B21AE5Q4M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 457K3400 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RR3690 by Manufacturer Robohand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosa Brand GR6300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rocklogic such as 3100B equipment made by Rocklogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rocklogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rocklogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0078D25C30C040T22 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 3051CG4A22A1AB4M5 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151GP5E12B2DFQ4 by Rosemount and 3100B spares by Rocklogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CG4A02B1AH2S6B3L4Q4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
