COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth VT-HNC100-2-20/W-16-0-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Acromag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acces-Io-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Acrison product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Acromag such as the 1751YK01C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USBAI1632EOEM manufactured by Acces-Io-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Acces-Io-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACR851C by Manufacturer Acrison as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advanced-Motion-Controls Brand 100A40K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advanced-Protection-Tech such as TE01XRS20E1 equipment made by Advanced-Protection-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced-Protection-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced-Protection-Tech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C485USB3 made by Advanced-Micro-Controls as well as the popular 725S5301000OCFYEY original spares produced by Accu-Coder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPLC131F by Advanced-Micro-Systems and TE01XRS20E1 spares by Advanced-Protection-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USBAO128E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acces-Io-Products. |
