COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth VRDA2-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the DG2P25C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAS51A03050302 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHDA1028N00 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand 65ZBM020DXJ00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schunk such as 354700OSEA572 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schunk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schunk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 68AA050TXR21 made by Sankyo as well as the popular SASS original spares produced by Seiki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WL00960 by Sankyo and 354700OSEA572 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212KG2YD07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
