COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth SM-25/50-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lecroy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aaon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lecroy such as the XLDDM2XMAP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR9BUF2G1BUF2 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240B1E2 by Manufacturer Aaon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Acces-Io-Products Brand DPKAIO1264E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wonderware such as TPCB12S2EMXU equipment made by Wonderware have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wonderware products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wonderware" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RN01080B7K2 made by Aaon as well as the popular ACUVIMIIED601AP2 original spares produced by Accuenergy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM400G4 by 01-Communique-Labs and TPCB12S2EMXU spares by Wonderware are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TJJ436175 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electric. |
